After a recent update that allowed for the student list to scroll separately from the assignment window, the entire student list/grading window is now stuck under a fixed part of the web page. Attached is an example of the screen. The teachers are left with 1/3-1/2 of the page with which they can view an assignment and grade it. We need the top part of the page with all the assignment info to be not fixed so that the teachers have more room to work with, especially for those with smaller screens or vision issues who need to be able to zoom in more.
Hi Folks -
Quick update on this. Over the next couple of releases, you'll see some adjustments being made to this screen to make it more usable on smaller devices. The first round of updates will target the Header and making it look closer to the new Assessment evaluation screen. This should shrink the Header down roughly 3 rows of text, thus giving you additional space. We'll also be making the student list responsive, as that is taking a good amount of space from the left side of the screen.
We'll continue to iterate on this to make sure smaller devices can still use these screens with ease. One tip I have is that you can click 'Hide student list' and that will give you some additional screen real estate to utilize. It's not perfect, but it does make it a little easier for the time being.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these UX adjustments!

Hi is there an update for this? I'm finding that I do not want to use our LMS because of this specific issue, which could easily be fixed with a scroll bar.
Thanks
Hey Folks -
We're going to be taking a look at this. It looks like that header area isn't playing nicely with smaller screens, and I can totally see the frustration with having a small area to actually see assignment information. Not sure what the specific fix will be just yet, but we're looking into how we can make this more useful experience for those on smaller screens.

Thanks for posting. This has been an issue since the update and we would like to see a speedy fix with a scroll bar for the whole screen.
