Substitute Impersonate Role Access restricting gradebook/grading/assignments Merged

It would be helpful to create a role called Substitute Incognito which would allow substitutes to go in as the teacher through impersonate to see the class pages and to take attendance but not have access to gradebook/grading/assignments.
