This feature is critical for those of us trying to use the "hide" feature. In our Lower School, teachers don't want to have a bulletin board for each subject they teach, they just want to be able to use topics since that is where the learning happens. It is good that we can hide the bulletin board, but bad that the parent has to see a blank page when they click on the subject from the student's progress page. It requires a second click to see the topics. Blanks page are never a good design choice for websites. =)
