We are in year 3 of implementation of CBE. In year 1 our enthusiastic faculty requested TONS of skills and sub-skills across departments and disciplines. How many? I just don't know, because there's no way for me to pull a list or report of all the skills in our system.

Ideally this list would include the skill, associated sub-skills, courses where they are used, and number of evaluations (within a selected time period).

This list would allow faculty to review and audit their competency-based approach by seeing what skills they're assessing and how frequently. It would make housekeeping of this module much easier from the admin side, and it would be a fantastic source of data for academic leadership to determine how well the tool is working for us overall.
