Multiple point value/partial credit for matching questions in assessments

Teacher created a matching question that was 4 matches, worth a total of 4 points. Student correctly matched 2. Zero points were awarded, rather than 2 for the 2 they correctly matched. Please allow for partial credit.

    Hey Kristine -

    When creating a Matching question, there's a partial credit option. Given that is configured when building the question, the question will award credit for however many matches the student correctly makes.

    If that is set and it isn't awarding credit correctly, reaching out to our Support team would be the next best step forward.
