There are a number of Official Notes that faculty assign to students that would benefit from the standard language of a "template." For instance, an after school prescriptive study hall for students who need to make up missed/incomplete work has multiple fields that need to be included date/time/assignment name/location, etc. A customizable template in the the HTML text field would allow teachers to fill in the blanks and predicate the request with an standard explanatory note.
