Add the ability to add an extra credit point in the New Assessment Builder

In the Old Assessment Builder, I could make a 5-point quiz and add a 6th question for extra credit. I cannot do this in the New Assessment Builder. Every student wants an extra credit point on a quiz. Please add this right away. I can show you how I do it if you need guidance.
