Conduct managers use the Academic Persona to toggle between Performance, Schedule, and Conduct. It is incredibly frustrating to have the Conduct list only reflect the current school year as opposed to be able to select "All Years" from the Drop Down Menu. In addition, a consequence that is pending from the end of last school year should be able to roll over into the subsequent school year if it is not completed. I understand that I can run a list of infractions/consequences for a particular student, but those additional steps are not realistic when a major discipline issue is happening in the moment. The "Totals" box also becomes useless because I need to see running totals from freshman to senior year, not just the totals for this particular school year.
