When a student is reviewing Progress and clicks See grade detail to review their assignment grades, there is a Note column. If the student had an attendance reason entered on the date the assignment was assigned or due, the attendance reason appears. For example, an in-class assignment was assigned and due on 9/7/23. The student was late to the class on that same date and a Tardy was given. The student sees the following note for the assignment:
1st Block Tardy Assigned
1st Block Tardy Due
The school would like the ability to suppress/hide that note from the students. It is confusing, unexpected, and awkwardly worded.
