As a computer science teacher, I often have students submit a screenshot of their code. When I give feedback, in order to distinguish my narrative feedback from lines of code that I'm including in my comment, I change the font of my code statements. This works fine for one student. If I want to give that same feedback to another student, I can't copy/paste the comment without it losing formatting. I've tried a regular paste, paste without formatting keyboard shortcuts, and paste and match style but nothing will include the formatting. This means I have to manually reformat the comment again for each student.
