Allow Teachers To Include Photo/Images As Assessment Answers

I would like an enhancement to Assessments. We have a teacher requesting that the Assessment allow a teacher to include photos/ images as answers. Currently, media can be added to the question, but not to the possible answers.

      Would also like for photos attached to questions to appear for students when they are reviewing the correct answers.
