Show Google Drive Folders when adding download to Bulletin Board or Topics

When you add a download to a Bulletin Board or Topic and select "Attach from web from Google Drive" it opens up a list of all your Google Docs. It would be helpful if it opened to show your folders in your Google Drive to make it easier to located the document you are looking for so you don't have to search to find the document.
