Option to set default due time of assignment to start of class

There should be an option to allow the default due time of assignments be the start or end of class instead of 11:59PM. This would streamline the process of entering assignments and lessen confusion for students.

    Hi Folks -

    With the release of the new assignment experience this last week, this is now possible! The feature is able to be configured on a teacher-by-teacher basis and is housed within the Preferences feature. Teachers can access this from the Assignment Center or their Gradebooks. I will note that this only impacts the new, quick assignments. The legacy version of assignments does not support this update.
