Make ready for review work like old experience in new experience

With the old grading experience, the Ready for Review checkbox would be available to teachers as soon as the grade plan opened if the Start Review Date was defined. This was true even if the Start Review Date was in the future. This is not true with the new grading experience. The way this used to work makes more sense, with teachers starting grading prior to the review process starting.

    Hi Folks -

    Another update on this - it's actually now released! We thought the enhancement was going to require server changes, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a quicker way of deploying the update. This has since been pushed out to live environments.

    Hi Folks -

    We'll be implementing the same logic for the new screen that we used on the older one. That change is currently scheduled for the 12/17 release, so be on the lookout for our next What's New communication!

    At the very least, it should be at the school's discretion whether or not the ready for review box is available before the Start Review Date.
