Ability to Have Selective Report Card Release

While the current system allows for the creation and generation of report cards by grade level, it limits access control to an all-or-nothing approach for entire grades. Unfortunately, this limitation doesn't align with our parent-teacher conference workflow.

Our parent-teacher conferences run over a two-week period, and teachers are still in the middle of the grading period during this time. Teachers are currently having to download and manually email each student's report card to families the night before their scheduled conference.

Right now, we are releasing report cards in the third week after we confirm all conferences have been had. It can also be frustrating for a parent who had their conferences that first week to have to wait another two weeks before they are officially released online.

What we really need is a way to selectively release just specific students' report cards in each grade level to their parents in Blackbaud. We absolutely don't want to make all report cards visible to the entire grade when conferences (and grading) are still happening.

This would save our teachers time and give parents easy access exactly when they need it - not before, not after.
