The newly separated courses/departments allow the user to add columns of data to a sort. Unfortunately, there are two items that I really need to keep close track of. First is the Term in which the course is Offered. Second, I need a much easier way to check that the Edit Credits feature has been entered properly for each full-year course (not just that the course needs edited credits, but that it has been set up properly). Total credits does not provide that information. I would need to see credits in sem 1 and credits in sem 2 to adequately check the settings. In both of the above cases, the information I seek is not available as a column to be added to the chart. For the Offer courses, I have to go to the separate screens for Sem 1 and Sem 2. There is no way to print the data on those screens without taking screen shots. For the Edit Credits, I need to go to each full-year course, in the Offer Courses screen, and scroll from one Edit Credits tab to the next to ensure that the setting is correct. There is also no way to mark the data as having been checked.
