Removed Deceased Parents from Top of Academics View

Currently, deceased parents are shown in the top view of academics under Contact Information without a deceased tag. These should be hidden or have a clear Deceased marker.

    What about the Medical Contact Card?? That is an important place to also remove deceased parents from - https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12OR-I-3472.

    This seems like a very reasonable extension of this request. Marking a constituent deceased should make them clearly indicated as such throughout the system!
