Make the Note annotation viewable easily on the iPad

We are a 1:1 iPad school. Teachers use Macbooks, and are able to insert Note annotations without any issues.

Students - on their iPads - are not able to view the full Note. Per Customer Support, it's because the Note feature relies on a mouse hover - which iPads don't have. See attached video showing the student experience.

Please give the Note feature a "tap ability" so users on mobile devices can view these notes.

    Same problem for us. Some students have found that, of all the things we've tried, a quick double tap works most reliably, but not always. Not a solution of course, but something to get us by until this issue is resolved.

    Lots of schools have students use iPads only!!!!
