Our teachers have the option to choose "tardy unexcused," which will trigger an infraction to be sent for approval. However, teacher may choose late if they're not sure if it's excused or not. Then our conduct manager has to change the entry to tardy unexcused. In this case, the tardy unexcused doesn't get recorded as an infraction. The conduct manager then has to go in an add an infraction for each student. We would like the infraction to record even if it's changed after the initial entry.
