We have made some major renovations to our dorms and some of our rooms no longer exist. These rooms always appear in the user interface when enrolling students each year. We can mark an entire dorm as "Active" or "Inactive", but we can't control this on a room-by-room basis.

Alternatively, can we get the ability to "offer" rooms each year, similar to how we offer courses, activities, and athletics? We have some dorm rooms that have doubled as faculty apartments, so some years the room may be for students, and other years I need to take it offline and for it not to count towards the total bed spaces in the dorm.

Either of these options would allow us to take individual dorm rooms offline when needed.
