Copying event category content to a new event category

I want to be able to copy events from one category (leave them in this category) and add them to another category. Currently I can do this for individual events, but I would love to have this for an entire event category to make it easier to copy in bulk.

    This would solve a HUGE issue we have annually with our calendar committee (who prep a private production calendar before it goes live).
