Team Pages” Additions

1.  When creating a game and selecting an opponent having an option, from the drop down to add a new location, field, or opponent.  As it stands now we need to leave the page, go to core and add the new information.

2.  Denote league games on the schedule tab.  It can be bolded or denoted by (L) so we can see the league games.

3.  In the filter Type adding the options of neutral site and league game so we could filter those options as well.
