Assignments - create a "recurring" assignment
I want to request the ability to have recurring assignments. For example: I have algebra review quizzes every Wednesday. I would like to enter the information once and then select repeated dates (or "every Wednesday" or something like that). Currently I have to put these quizzes in the system every week, individually, for three different math classes.

Reoccurring Assignments
Merged Our teachers would like the ability to create a reoccurring assignment without having to enter each one individually. For example, a nightly reading assignment that would allow them to choose a date range and how frequently to repeat the assignment.1 Implemented
Related ideas
I'm not sure why, but the recurring assignment functionality is different than the recurring event functionality.
I find that the recurring event system of being able to specify the number of occurrences after stopping the series as well as giving a date range is useful. Not really sure why the interfaces for both of these are different when they do the same thing.
Any update as to when this might be implemented?
