Allow Headers to be created and displayed on Bulletin Boards

Please allow Headers to be created and displayed on Bulletin Boards.

Also I'd like to have the appearance of Photos on the Bulletin Board look more like the Topics cover photos instead of the current Media Gallery look.

    Our teachers would also like the ability to add additional text boxes and also to be able to copy the text boxes to their other sections of the same class.
