Block Single Student From Assessment

We are looking to have the ability to block individual students from taking an assessment, temporarily.

    This was a year ago. We need this feature if we are really to assess students seriously.  We need this feature if we want to stop duplicating tests on paper.  We need this feature.  Where are we on this today September 2016?
