Topics: Add Organize option to Downloads

I would like to be able to label and sub-categorize downloads with in topics.

Currently you can only add a download channel to a topic and you cannot label the channel, all you can do is simply add downloads.

Reordering Dowloads in Topics Merged

When downloads are added, they add (top to bottom) first added, 2nd added, etc... rather than newest first/top. No way to re-organize these? I would like to request that when downloads are added to Topics there is a way to reorganize the download...
