Give student edit access to activity group

I would like content editors of group pages to be able to add content types to bulletin boards.

We would like Student Activity Leaders to have the ability to add/edit information on Bulletin Boards and Add/Edit Topics pages without being EMPLOYEES of the school. Clubs and Activities are student run at our school. The only thing that they should not be able to control is Attendance.

This feature is actually already there - but it is hard to get to. If a student is set up as a Student Leader in an Activity, their editing capabilities should be inherent the same way as the staff Activity Leader is.
