Over the past 6 months, I've received several messages from multiple parents re: Directories. Specifically, they complain of too many clicks to get to another parent's telephone number. When I took a look at the issue, I have to agree. When a parent name list listed in the directory, their email address is there, but if you want to see their telephone number you have to press the show more button. When you're using your smartphone to access the directory you're probably either trying to email or telephone someone...and since the email is listed without the show more button, I can see why parents would get slightly annoyed pressing a button to display the telephone number. A quick fix would be to display both the telephone number and email address, and the show more button could display their home address and relationship information. Thanks for your help!
