Dropbox defaults to 0

When you select to enable DropBox on a Assignment it defaults to 0 files.

I would like the system to default to 1 or give a warning letting you know that 0 means that the students cannot submit via dropbox.

    Hi There,

    I am happy to announce that with the March 9th release we will be changing the Online Submission section of adding Assignments to default to 1 instead of 0 files per student.

    It MUST default to 1! Why in the world does it default to 0 in the first place?
