Usernames on Rosters should Honor User Name Format

I would like to request that usernames on Rosters should Honor User Name Format.

      Hi there, we updated roster to show preferred name where there is one present otherwise first. I'm going to close this one as implemented but if you're seeing something different still please let me know.
