Show Comments for Assignments

Enhancement: Allow the Comments to be seen by students and parents for assignments without having Grade Access turned on.

    I'll add to this thread in that it would be nice if students could reply to these comments (ie teacher states assignment is late; student can add to the comment about why they are late; where they are getting stuck, etc.

    Yes, in general we need more flexibility for students to be able to see feedback. Students should be able to see feedback on any type of assignment, and not just assignments added to the cumulative grade.
