Option to set Default 'Send Notification' to off

We want the 'Send Notification' check box at the top of modals when editing or adding content to default to being unchecked.

    We should definitely be able to customize this setting! 🙏

     

    For example, our teachers use News as a daily class update but we don't want to be spamming our students/parents with multiple notifications each day. We only want to use notifications for special updates every now and again. It's going to be annoying to uncheck this box daily and guaranteed people will forget to uncheck it at all!

    Our school has trained all out teachers to use News Notifications to communicate with parents, so we rely on it being on by default. Perhaps this could be a setting we could all customize as needed?
