We have "Senior Leaders" for some classes - upperclassmen not enrolled in a given class who nonetheless help underclassmen by tutoring them in that subject or helping them stay on top of assignments. It would be great if these students could be given student-style access to the course page, and appear in the roster for easy lookup by students enrolled in the class.

As it is, we're currently having to give these Senior Leaders course content editor access to accomplish this, which is not ideal because some teachers don't want these students having editor access to the course page. This also does not allow the Senior Leader(s) to show up in the roster.

Such a feature would also be useful for schools who allow students to audit classes-- they could appear in the roster and access course materials but not show up in the gradebook to avoid confusion as to whether they should receive a grade.
