Add .lg4 as a supported file type for student submissions

We have a math teacher who wants the students to upload a file with .lg4 extension (it is a math thing), but the system won't accept the student submissions. Please add .lg4 as a supported file type.
Currently the workaround is to have them compress the file as a .zip and then upload that.
