Students enrolled in Upper and Middle School classes - ability to see grade books on Progress tab

The ability for students enrolled in Upper School and Middle School classes during the same year to be able to see their grade books on the Progress tab without having to toggle between school levels.

    Students have Show/Hide grades buttons, but parents don't have these buttons. They have to toggle between the two Terms for US and MS in order to see any grade info. All classes show under the default view, but grades don't appear. This is difficult to explain to students and parents especially when all classes appear by default.
