When using onCampus Attach, there should be an error message when students forget to attach their files.

Students often forget a step in the process of attaching their document in onCampus attach but the app still allows them to hit submit, even though no assignment is attached.  The students think they're all set, but there is no document.

    Note this is a duplicate request: No File Attached Warning in onCampus Attach

    I suggest everyone who voted for this vote for the othertoo , which is older, in an attempt to bring more attention to the idea.
