More efficient grade review process

Currently, in order to review grades (my head of school wants paper copies) I have to have all teachers enter comments and grades, mark them for review (they often forget so I have to go to each teacher profile and mark them by class myself, a tedious task), review them, then go through each teacher profile again to open them for edits (un-mark for review), then have the teachers make any necessary changes. While these are simple tasks, they take entirely too much time and for a system this advanced there really ought to me a more efficient way to review and edit grades.

Need a filter for written but teachers forgot to check "Review".  It's not really a review process if the comments automatically go on the report card and the reviewers have no idea they are there.

Also, we really need to be able to see ALL grades/comments, not JUST those marked ready for review. Mostly because teachers often forget.

The entire onSystem grade comment review system is pretty inefficient and begs for unchecked comments to be published. Though the platform is much more user friendly then FAWeb ever was, FAWeb's comment review process was logical and provided feedback to the writer of the comment that changes needed to be made. Most importantly, it prevent the import of the comment until it was marked Approved. The other bonus feature in Registrar's Office was the ability to globally update FAWeb statuses as an administrator.  Literally, three clicks and it was done. Though I really appreciate many of the grade and comment features in onRecord, Registrar's Office and FAWeb blow onRecord out of the water in terms of the comment (that is grade comment not Official Note - see my other suggestion regarding this "labeling" issue in onRecord) review process.

Yes!  If the review could "send back to teacher" at least, that would help (now the only options are delete and approve--and the reviewers can edit).
