Make retiring/inactivating a community group possible.  We have several community groups that depending on staffing need to be "retired" for the current year.  Currently the only way to make a group disappear for a user is to manually remove members one-by-one.  It's a tedious process, especially when many members are also owners. I've checked off the "inactive" box, removed all access in the  "Group Page Access" area, but the community group still shows up under groups-> other.
