We have two doctors that come in to the health centre to see students during certain hours.  We would need a way for nurses to book appointments for the students (like a visit with a date and time in the future?).  And a Doctor role that would login and see the scheduled visits for that day and could then add notes to the 'visit' record.

I believe this is a common workflow for most medical clinics.
