Allow singular parents to view their child's Grade Book

This would allow parents and students with a unique necessity to view their Grade Book to access it without needing to grant access to all parents and students in the school.

    Yes, to protect students from helicopter parents, and also to all students to take ownership of their learning, we want most parents not to be able to see grade book.  However, there are times where teachers are working as a team with parents to help students.  It would be nice if just those parents were allowed access to grade book.
