Add a student ePortfolio Feature.

A Student ePortfolio for students to create sort of a Topics Page of their best work, including video, jpegs etc and documents.

    We currently do formal ePortfolio evaluations for our students, and use this feature through our current LMS. As we are switching to onCampus for next school year, we hope that this is something that could be addressed.
