Keep Student Name Consistent between Roster and Discussion feature

When using the Discussion feature, I notice that the student's nickname is listed on the roster/grading column, but their formal/email name is listed on their posts (Yadi "Andy" Wang below).  Maybe it's something that can be worked into a future update - a consistent name in both places.
