Ability to Add an SSO to a Topic on a Page Using an SSO Link Radio Button

I would like for the ability to add a SSO such as Pickatime to a Topic on a Page via the same way it is added to Resource Board or Bulletin Board using the SSO link Radio Button

An SSO can be made a link in a link category and be used that way. It would be helpful to be able to insert a link from a link category into an HTML text field to place the SSO link on various pages
