Option to lock just grades by family (student & parents) for non-payment

In EE, we found the tool that locks grades for non-payment very valuable.   We lock the grade and report cards but still allow the student access to their assignments and communication.   Right now, we are locking the accounts of students who do not pay, but we need to be able to lock just grades and report cards.

    This functionality is available in the new Holds feature which replaced the previous exclusions in July 2021.
