Add ability to sort the assignments in reverse order when looking at previous assignments.

Currently, all assignments are listed from earliest to latest by "Assigned Date".  The teachers would like to reverse the sort order of the assignments when they are looking at previous assignments.

    I would also add that it would be great if this sort order could be saved as the default for the user.
