In order to individualize our students’ instruction, we often change students’ schedules at the quarter or semester. For example, some students were misplaced by us in honors or regular, and we make it right by switching them into the most appropriate course at a marking period. Of course, you know the international students are changing schedule often, as we learn how best to serve them.

I think that the automatic “w” that WH shows creates a messy & misleading transcript, which isn’t great for the student. Is there any way to get rid of the “w” when they withdraw?
