Show total number of points for a marking period

When a teacher is looking at the gradebook, it would be helpful to see what the total number of points for the semester is for teachers that are grading by points and trying to figure out how many points their exam should be worth.

    There should be a column for each student before the marking period average that shows how many points they have earned.  At the top of the column could display the total points available for the class.
