I would like a way to limit a | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

I would like a way to limit a student’s posting rights on Topics so that he or she can only enter Comments but cannot enter a new Note.

We are trying to use the blog with young children (2nd Grade) and even though we gave them instructions, they are adding a new Note rather than entering a Comment to the teacher’s Note. It would be helpful if only the teacher could enter new Notes, and not students.
