Enable Grade Book and Reports for other Group Types

I would like to be able to enable Grade Book and Grade Book reports for all group types. Specifically reports run from the Grade Book to be made available in Activities and Advisories, so those group owners can check how students in their groups are doing in courses.

    It would be especially great if grade books were available for activities. Since we are able to enable grading on activities, the grade book would be a great benefit. Especially when needing to use the activities module for a carousel type setup for Fine Arts for example.
