Would like the Grades - For Dropped Courses report to be accessible to the Old course teacher as well as the new one.
We would like to have it so that when a Student drops a class, the teacher whose class they were dropped from can see the Grade Book grades as well as the teacher of the course the student was placed into. Currently, all record of Grade Book grades are removed if the Student is dropped from a course and only the new course teacher can see what those grades are. There needs to be a way for the old teacher who entered the grades to see those Grade Book grades as well.

The impact on administrators and teachers is significant with this one. Not only do they need a way to see the grades, but they also should be able to edit the grades. It would also be helpful if they had access to the submitted work/attachments for the dropped student.
